北京時間4月12日，西班牙《世界體育報》評選出了西甲聯賽第31輪的入选最佳陣容，為球隊打入絕殺製勝球的当轮武磊首次入選 ，同時也是西甲西媒西班牙人隊本輪唯一入選本陣容的球員 。該媒體曾在本輪比賽賽後評價武磊為“西班牙人這場比賽的最佳阵容英雄” 。
在上周末進行的场比西甲聯賽第31輪比賽中 ，武磊第66分鍾替補登場，英雄第89分鍾破門，武磊幫助西班牙人隊戰勝塞爾塔。入选時隔近兩年再次在西甲賽場上收獲進球 ，当轮打破了118天的西甲西媒進球荒 ，武磊當選了本場比賽的最佳阵容最佳球員 。中國前鋒在僅有的场比20多分鍾的出場時間裏 ，為球隊做出了製勝的英雄貢獻 ，他的武磊表現也受到了當地球迷和媒體的一致盛讚 ，西甲西班牙語官方社交媒體甚至稱“武磊=決定性+3分” 。
憑借如此關鍵性的表現 ，武磊入選了《世界體育報》評選的本輪西甲最佳陣容 ，值得一提的是，在該陣容中 ，還有另外兩名同樣在本輪貢獻絕殺進球的球員，分別是巴薩的荷蘭中鋒盧克-德容和奧薩蘇納前鋒布迪米爾 。
這是武磊本賽季首次入選西甲最佳陣容 ，本賽季 ，他的出場時間十分有限，多數時間都隻能坐在替補席上等待出場機會。本輪聯賽的表現及後續的外界反饋 ，是對武磊長時間在逆境中不言棄的最好回報 。
北京時間4月17日晚上 ，西班牙人隊將在第32輪聯賽中客場對陣馬競，期待武磊能夠收獲更多信任 。
