轉會窗已經開啟一周多 ，但巴薩依然在為了騰出工資帽做著努力 。兹曼重磅這個夏天，交换交易计划巴薩似乎不太可能再掏出轉會費引援了，萨乌而根據《世界體育報》的尔西消息，巴薩方麵正在醞釀一筆互換交易 ：用格列茲曼交換馬競中場薩烏爾。媒曝
考慮到巴薩的巴萨財政狀況 ，俱樂部在今夏進行裁員已經是格列必然事件 ，此前西班牙媒體也披露了一份巴薩的兹曼重磅裁員名單，除了烏姆蒂蒂等必走之人 ，交换交易计划格裏茲曼也並不被巴薩當做非賣品 ，萨乌尤其是尔西隨著德佩和阿圭羅的到來，法國人在巴薩的媒曝位置已經並非不可或缺 ，尤其是巴萨在種族歧視爭議出現後 ，格列茲曼在巴薩的格列未來蒙上了更大的陰影 。
在周六的頭版位置 ，《世界體育報》提出了這個可能引發巨大震動的球員交換方案 。而拋開財政的原因 ，這筆交易似乎對各方都有好處 ：馬競得到了曾經在對內效力過的一線球星 ，巴薩彌補了沒能夠簽下維納爾杜姆的遺憾 ，薩烏爾在經曆了一個失意的賽季之後 ，有機會換個環境挑戰自己 ，格列茲曼則有機會走出困局重新開始 。
但同時 ，作為另一支覬覦薩烏爾已久的球隊，在巴薩的流言傳出時 ，利物浦仍保持著對馬競中場的關注。薩烏爾與馬競的合同截至2026年 ，違約金1.5億歐元 。可利物浦方麵似乎隻願意開出4000萬的報價 ，雖然薩烏爾和馬競已經談論過各自的未來 ，前者今夏離開馬競的可能性真實存在，不過這個價格似乎還並不能打動床單軍團。
最終 ，這樁球員交換的交易真的能成行嗎 ？格列茲曼回歸馬競 ，勢必將會背負巨大的輿論壓力 ，但西蒙尼卻很難拒絕愛將的回歸 ，馬競俱樂部仍渴望重新接納他 ，倒是薩烏爾的到來 ，卻不能讓巴薩嚴重的薪資問題有本質上的緩解 。不過《世界體育報》仍稱 ，這樣的交換確實具備成行的可能 ，或許時間會給我們一個明確的答案。
