北京時間12月26日 ，雷透露已中超聯賽第19輪 ，经山军打击山東泰山2-0戰勝河北隊 ，东续提前三輪奪取中超聯賽冠軍 ，年痛賽後王大雷透露 ，失冠自己與山東泰山已經完成續約 ，雷透露已未來會繼續留隊，经山军打击幫助山東隊爭取更多的东续冠軍 。
王大雷表示 ：“非常開心 ，年痛非常激動 ，失冠這也是雷透露已我職業生涯第一個聯賽冠軍 ，2008年，经山军打击我在申花距離冠軍是东续最近的一次 ，領先了75分鍾 ，年痛最後沒守住 ，失冠那一次對於我的打擊非常大 。這一次我終於實現了個人的夢想 。”
王大雷2014年從申花轉會山東隊，今年原本是合同的最後一年 ，奪冠之後 ，王大雷也從裁判手中要走了本場比賽的比賽用球 。
在接受采訪時 ，王大雷透露 ，自己已經決定與山東俱樂部完成續約。“俱樂部領導希望我能續約 ，我也答應球隊流下來 ，幫助球隊征戰剩下來的比賽，我從14年來到球隊 ，目標就是拿冠軍 ，這麽多年，總算做到了 ，幫助球隊拿到了一個聯賽冠軍 ，給胸前增加了一顆星 。希望接下來幫助球隊多拿一些冠軍 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
