北京時間6月3日晚22時許（當地時間18時許），国足中國男足國家隊平安飛抵阿聯酋迪拜 ，平安與國足同機抵達的抵达還有關島男足 。
國足在航班平穩落地後 ，阿联便全員穿上了整套防護服，酋迪全副佩戴好護目鏡。拜全據了解 ，员身按照阿聯酋當地防疫規定 ，着防國足全隊不必接受隔夜隔離觀察 ，护服將直接乘車前往比賽地沙伽的武装駐地酒店 。
根據賽程，国足北京時間6月8日淩晨1:00 ，平安中國隊將與菲律賓隊進行40強賽的抵达比賽，這場比賽對於國足來說是阿联不折不扣的生死戰 。
