亨德森接著說 ：“我看過他此前對拉姆斯代爾的亨德點球 ，當時他踢向左側，森高我認為這次他麵對我可能會選擇相反的兴扑方向 ，因此我盡可能地向右撲救。他說他之後會選擇右側上角 ，這就是我要撲救的方向 ，我認為他沒有完全踢好這個點球的角度 ，因此我很幸運 。”
亨德森還點評了全隊的表現 ，“我們對自己的表現感到滿意，我們可能還需要更多的時間來凝聚到一起 。我們對對方球門的威脅不夠，但比賽中有些表現已經令人難以置信 ，隻差最後一步 。我們擁有一些頂級球員 ，主場的氣氛也非常熱烈 。這場比賽隻是說明你不能放鬆任何一刻 ，否則這些對手就會懲罰你 。”
