昨晚（11月18日）足協宣布水慶霞出任女足主帥 ，陈婉此前應聘的文谈无缘陳婉婷在社交媒體發文談自己落選感受 。
陳婉婷寫道 ：每個人喜歡足球都有不同的女足原因 ，筆者從喜愛看球，主帅专注做好到喜愛踢球 ，好好再變成成一位足球教練 ，学习心态當中除了是调整因為足球的刺激、成功感 、本分樂趣外 ，陈婉最重要的文谈无缘還是足球教會我做人 。
小時候的女足我比較任性 ，亦比較好勝 ，主帅专注做好不太懂接受失敗，好好甚至不理解尊重和包容的学习心态重要性 。然而，调整自從接觸足球後 ，學習到體育精神和團結精神的意義 ，從無數的失敗中成長 ，相信隻有承認和接受失敗 ，我們才會真正學習過來 。成為教練後，要以身作則 ，對自己各方麵的要求亦更嚴謹 ，學習到欣賞每位球員的優點和尊重隊中每一個人的角色 ，因為隻有先尊重別人，才有資格得到別人的尊重。後來成為了主教練 ，不僅要學習管理球隊 ，麵對公眾 、球迷 ，更要知道如何調整心態。
一路以來，有幸得到不少媒體的注意和報道 ，不論是好是壞 ，是真是假 ，我都願意一一接收 。盡管當中的故事有讚有罵 ，亦可能是耳濡目染 、杯弓蛇影 、借水行舟 ，但最少別人願意花時間在自己身上，亦是個好好學習調整心態 ，專注做好本分的機會。畢竟選擇了教練這條路 ，便有需要麵對各種的挑戰 。
真的假不了 ，假的真不了 ，因為核心的外圍也可以是核心的內圍。”
