近期泰山隊外援莫伊塞斯的粤媒來華進程取得不錯進展 ，他的山东老東家也表示 ，該球員已經結束了在球隊的队员德跟隊訓練 ，即將回到中國 。加多如果莫伊塞斯回來 ，堪称可踢那麽最尷尬的最失人無疑就是歸化球員德爾加多了 ，由於兩人位置相近 ，败归在前五輪比賽都得到不到上場機會的化年德爾加多 ，想在往後的无球比賽獲得出場就更加難上加難了 。
自從去年6月份結束在葡超的粤媒外租生涯後 ，德爾加多至今接近有1年的山东時間沒有正式亮相參加比賽了 。上賽季他在結束租借合同後 ，队员德就回到了泰山隊 。加多可是堪称可踢時任主帥李霄鵬並沒有把他列入大名單，他隻能跟著預備隊待在山東訓練，最失就此渡過了一個沒有比賽的賽季。
本賽季受到疫情影響 ，莫伊塞斯與格德斯都一直沒有回來，於是主帥郝偉終於給了他機會 ，以外援的身份報名參加聯賽 。但是前五輪比賽 ，他一分鍾都沒有上過 。日常見得最多的就是他在社交平台，秀出了球隊新援萊昂納多的各種搞怪動態 。
算一下時間 ，從2019年正式加盟球隊至今 ，德爾加多已經來了兩年 ，可是他的身份處境仍非常尷尬 ，由於足協的新規定，沒有在中國聯賽踢滿5年 ，或者沒有代表過國字號球隊出場的歸化球員 ，在聯賽一律隻能按外援報名，所以即便德爾加多早就拿著中國身份證，可是他現在依舊屬於外援 。此外像去年他被外租葡超 ，因為已經入籍了中國 ，所以他在歐洲也占用外援名額 ，這麽說，他無論在世界上哪個地方踢球，都隻能用外援身份注冊 。
除了德爾加多外，現在又有一名歸化球員麵臨如此情況 ，據《足球報》記者透露，正在津門虎辦理歸化入籍的曹陽正 ，很可能被球隊放棄 ，不過作為華裔球員，他入籍後可以按本土球員注冊 ，有這優勢存在 ，應該還是會不缺乏下家。
