北京時間7月24日下午 ，大连在2021年中超聯賽第8輪大連人隊與長春亞泰隊比賽賽前 ，主帅主教練何塞與球員童磊出席了賽前新聞發布會 。亚泰优点
何塞 ：和這個對手的防守準備期不用太長 ，因為之前交手過 ，好避對他們有一定了解 ，免意他們的外情首發也基本沒有變 。雖然說上一場比賽他們有一定臨場調整 ，大连但基本沒什麽大變化 ，主帅所以他們的亚泰优点特點我們基本了解 。
童磊 ：我們球隊很年輕 ，防守逐漸適應了這個賽製 ，好避上一場我們打平了 ，免意之後會貫徹教練的外情戰術 ，一定會越來越好 ，大连離勝利越來越近了 。
在媒體提問環節 ，主教練何塞和球員童磊回答了媒體的問題。
問 ：主教練從上一場和長春亞泰的比賽中 ，提取了哪些經驗 ？
何塞 ：無論就像剛才所說的 ，對他們有一定了解 ，他們的打法基本是保持一致的 。雖然上場他們和國安比賽的時候有些調整 ，但基本沒太大變化 。他們有一個特點，就是防守做的很好 ，減少丟球 。這個隊的優點之一就是立足防守之後 ，取得進球 。對手有身高很高的隊員 ，所以定位球也有一定威脅，反擊方麵通過外援也做的不錯 ，所以我們盡量不給對方反擊的機會 。第一回合的第一個丟球我記的很清楚 ，是對方在禁區外射門 ，打到我們球員身上產生了折射 ，明天我們要避免這種意外情況。
問：問下童磊 ，自己是從U23球員過來的，對現在隊內更年輕的球員有哪些建議 ？
童磊：做好自己 ，之前自己犯過的錯誤 ，也會和年輕球員講，不要去說年輕球員不好 ，要多鼓勵 ，在比賽場上也要以鼓勵為主。
