當地時間10月4日晚 ，武磊无疑问中國隊繼續在沙迦俱樂部內的归队哈利德·本·穆罕默德體育場進行室外訓練 。當天早上才歸隊的即合前鋒 ，效力於西甲西班牙人俱樂部的练打武磊出現在訓練場內 ，隨後參加了大部分合練 ，动主定中其職業風範令全隊欽佩 。帅李首
當地時間10月3日，铁锁武磊隨西班牙人隊參加了與勁旅皇馬的越战西甲比賽，並且在比賽中替補登場了近30分鍾 。武磊无疑问賽後不久 ，归队他便前往機場 ，即合踏上了赴阿聯酋的练打征程 ，並於當地時間4日早晨飛抵迪拜。动主定中
目前西班牙與阿聯酋有2個小時時差 ，帅李首武磊為了能夠盡快適應沙迦當地的铁锁訓練環境 ，在與國足共進午餐後 ，並沒有午休 ，而是計劃於當晚盡早入睡 ，從而盡快調整好時差。
由於國足當地時間7日晚就將迎戰12強賽下一個對手越南隊 ，算上4日的訓練 ，球隊賽前僅有3次室外訓練機會 。在這種情況下 ，武磊表達了隨隊參加4日晚訓練的意願 ，從而配合全隊進行技戰術演練 。他的心意與態度也深深打動了包括主帥李鐵在內的團隊所有成員 。
在4日晚訓練正式開始前 ，李鐵也帶頭鼓掌 ，歡迎武磊歸隊 。據了解 ，從準備活動開始 ，到後麵的分組對抗訓練，武磊一直與隊友們合練 。從目前情況看 ，武磊在7日比賽中鎖定1個首發位置 ，幾乎沒有疑問 。
不過考慮到武磊前一天還參加了西甲比賽 ，且經曆了長途旅行 ，教練組在分組對抗臨近尾聲的時候 ，還是叫停他，接著安排他到場邊另一處進行單獨的恢複性訓練。很顯然 ，教練組也是在有意保護武磊的身體 。
此前傷勢相對嚴重的左後衛李磊，經過近期休養後已經康複。不過鑒於他長時間缺席合練 ，教練組仍安排他到場邊單練 。
1天前因肌肉發緊而留在駐地酒店內調整的後衛高準翼4日晚全程參加了中國隊的合練 ，這意味著他完全有能力在7日晚的中 、越比賽中登場 。
遭遇外傷的朱辰傑能否勝任比賽暫時存有疑問。因在中、敘熱身賽中受傷且接受了傷口縫合治療 ，朱辰傑已經3天缺席室外訓練 。
