北京時間9月28日 ，广州廣州足球俱樂部官方宣布 ，队官與卡納瓦羅終止合約。纳瓦稍早前有媒體報道 ，罗解率队卡納瓦羅給廣州隊開出的获中條件是 ，希望執教完這個賽季再離開 ，超和超级並支付他1.2億元的杯冠補償 。

自2017年11月開始，纳瓦卡納瓦羅先生擔任廣州隊主教練 ，罗解率队率隊取得了2018年中國足球協會超級杯冠軍 、获中2019年中國足球協會超級聯賽冠軍等多項榮譽 。超和超级
