外界有傳聞稱 ，包括恒大足球在內的队不的项恒大集團諸多核心資產有可能會被出售 ，由此引發中國球迷熱議 ：包括恒大足球學校、恒大好廣州隊等 ，急于真的出售會被賣掉嗎？
傳聞跟近期的一則重大新聞息息相關 。近日 ，目目卖出中國人民銀行 、前难钱中國銀行行業保險監督管理委員會突然約談中國恒大集團。广州約談的队不的项主要內容大致包括兩方麵 ：一是恒大作為國內地產行業的頭部企業 ，必須認真落實中央關於地產市場平穩健康發展的恒大好戰略部署 ，努力保持經營穩定 ，急于積極化解債務風險 ，出售維護地產市場和金融穩定；二是目目卖出恒大須依法依規做好重大事項真實信息的披露，不傳播並及時澄清不實信息 。前难钱
隨後，广州恒大集團針對此事，在官網上發布聲明 ：大致意思是恒大集團接受人民銀行 、銀保監會的約談 ，將會堅定不移地貫徹相關政策 ，履行義務 。
根據數據統計顯示 ，廣州恒大的股價在過去的一年時間裏暴跌72% ，並且還負債1.95萬億元的巨資 。包括恒大足球 、恒大人壽和盛京銀行如果要進一步出售 ，預估規模將會在300億元到500億元左右 。而許家印卸任恒大地產董事長 ，則給出售恒大足球留下了想象的空間 。
不過 ，截至目前 ，並未有恒大足球要出售的確切消息 。至少，廣州足球俱樂部和廣州隊目前的一切運作都是正常的 ，包括球員的工資、獎金等 ，並未出現任何問題 。廣州隊在第一階段的比賽中成績不俗 ，排名所有球隊第二，依然是今年中超冠軍的有力競爭者 。
事實上 ，現如今要出售廣州隊或許並不是一件容易的事 。中國足球在經曆了最近這兩年的大幅度縮減開支後 ，廣告價值和商業價值都已出現了嚴重下滑，此時很難賣出好價錢 。而受疫情影響 ，如今有意願投資足球的企業也明顯不如前幾年 。況且 ，足球在恒大集團的業務中占比很小，但作用不小 ，對於他們來講 ，足球並不是最急於出售的業務 。
