趙學斌 ，官方1993年1月12日出生於遼寧省大連市 ，大连出自大連實德青訓 ，前锋青国場上司職前鋒 ，加盟速度快 、曾入衝擊力強是沧州他的特點 。2005年進入大連實德梯隊，雄狮宣布选国2011年進入一隊 。官方2014年進入大連阿爾濱一線隊 。大连曾在2012年8月3日，前锋青国入選中國U19國家男足集訓名單 ，加盟2015年6月1日至6日 ，曾入入選國奧隊參加土倫杯比賽。沧州

能夠加盟滄州雄獅 ，球隊的理念和對待球員的職業態度成為了趙學斌選擇雄獅最主要的原因 。 “一直都在關注這隻球隊 ，一直認為這是一隻務實 ，敢拚不服輸的球隊。來了之後也更加肯定了我的看法 。”
來到雄獅 ，趙學斌也有許多老相識 ，不少93國奧的隊友如今又再次相遇 ，這些熟悉的新隊友也讓他很快的融入到了球隊。
對於未來 ，趙學斌也有自己的新展望 ，“來球隊兩個多月了，這裏每個人對待自己的工作都非常認真，而且也來了很多優秀的球員 。 新賽季我希望能幫助球隊贏更多的比賽，跟這些優秀的人一起取得偉大的成就 。”
