9.放入調料後炒兩下 ，再放入煎好的豆腐和皮蛋，快速炒動 ，中間不要停以免糊鍋。最後放入大蔥，少許鹽和味精 ，加點水，翻炒兩下入味後便可以關火出鍋 。
10.能吃辣的朋友可以放些醬椒 ，換以前我就會用醬椒了 ，這樣色澤上也會更好看 。
