廣州隊和山東泰山，大户冬训队都调成了“鵬二期”名副其實的山东“大戶” ，甚至“大”到了已經快要被“榨幹”了的面临地步 。
2021賽季中超聯賽第二階段，严重鄭智一直以執行主教練的人荒身份帶隊訓練和指揮比賽 ，他也因此進入了李霄鵬的青年國足助教團隊，並且隨隊參加了與日本隊和越南隊的被抽兩場12強賽。在最新一期的国脚广州國足集訓名單中，並沒有與鄭智同為國足助教的大户冬训队都调長春亞泰隊主教練陳洋的名字，頂替他的山东是孫繼海 ，而這也就意味著 ，面临至少在打完12強賽最後兩場比賽並且完成“14+7”的严重隔離觀察之前，作為廣州隊執行主教練，人荒鄭智無法帶隊進行冬訓 ，青年備戰有可能在4月底或者5月初開打的新賽季中超聯賽 。
在廣州記者看來 ，鄭智繼續跟隨國足備戰12強賽有兩種可能 ，一是他接下來不一定會留在目前看來前途未卜的廣州隊 ，二是他會在國足對廣州隊進行冬訓 。“從這次的國足名單來看 ，廣州隊的10名球員從守門員到前鋒都齊了 ，鄭智隻要把這10個人練好了 ，到時候可以直接參加聯賽了，畢竟他們都是俱樂部隊的主力，跟著鄭智 ，在哪兒練都一樣 。”
跟廣州隊麵臨著同樣情況的 ，還有上賽季的中超聯賽和足協杯賽雙料冠軍山東泰山隊 。3月份的這次國足集訓，泰山隊有八名球員入選 ，基本上也全都是球隊主力 。值得注意的是 ，由於1999年齡段U23國足受邀赴阿聯酋參加迪拜杯國際青年足球邀請賽，同樣擁有眾多適齡球員的廣州隊和山東泰山隊不可避免地要受到影響 。此外 ，作為上賽季中超聯賽的“BIG4”球隊 ，山東泰山和廣州隊都要參加這個賽季的亞冠聯賽，在青年隊都可能被抽調的情況下 ，整個冬訓期間都將麵臨嚴重的“人荒” ，備戰新賽季的難度可想而知 。(東方體育日報)
