中超聯賽第一階段賽程終於出爐 ，沪媒申花首輪就將對陣老對手北京國安，申花赛程数而第三輪迎來與海港的中超申城德比 。
新賽季中超第一階段依然采用賽會製 ，开局16支球隊分成兩個小組，严峻援申花與北京國安 、国安归队上海海港 、两外河北隊 、成变天津津門虎 、沪媒大連人、申花赛程数長春亞泰、中超武漢隊同組 。开局該小組中 ，严峻援國安和海港是国安归队整體實力最強的兩支球隊 ，而前三輪聯賽申花就要與這兩強交手 ，两外無疑是嚴峻的考驗 。
4月3日 ，申花才開始賽季前的首場熱身賽 。根據安排 ，在聯賽開始前，申花會打4場熱身賽 。除了已經進行的與河南嵩山龍門 、南通支雲的比賽外，還將對陣長春亞泰和昆山FC 。從這幾支熱身賽球隊的實力看 ，跟中超兩強北京國安和上海海港顯然有著一定的差距 。因此 ，聯賽一上來就麵對強隊 ，申花所麵臨的難度可想而知 。
當然 ，北京國安的兩大外援奧古斯托和費爾南多因為簽證的原因 ，尚未返回中國，他們已經很難趕上與申花的首輪比賽 ，這會使國安的整體實力受到一定的影響 。申花如果能夠及時提升隊伍的競技狀態 ，打出應有的水平 ，並不是沒有機會。
申花的具體賽程是 ：4月23日晚20點對陣北京國安；4月29日晚18點戰武漢隊；5月5日晚20點迎戰上海海港；5月10日晚18點與河北隊交戰；5月17日晚20對陣長春亞泰 。這場比賽之後，中超將因為國足世預賽40強賽休戰，直到6月下旬才開啟第一階段剩餘9輪賽事 。申花餘下9輪的對陣情況是 ：6月24日晚20點對陣大連人；6月28日晚18點戰天津津門虎；7月4日晚18點再次迎戰北京國安；7月9日晚18點與武漢隊交戰；7月14日晚20點進行本賽季的第二回合的德比大戰；7月20日晚20點對陣河北隊；7月26日晚20點與長春亞泰交手；7月30日晚18點對陣大連人；8月5日晚20點戰天津津門虎 。聯賽第一階段的比賽 ，申花基本上是五六天一場比賽 。
