新華社北京5月14日電（記者肖世堯 、亚洲亚洲公兵）2023年亞足聯亞洲杯中國組委會14日發布公告宣布 ，杯中杯按办赛受疫情影響組委會難以在當前對明年的国组亞洲杯按完全開放模式辦賽作出承諾和安排 ，經各方商議決定 ，委会完全本屆亞洲杯將易地舉辦 。难对
“2023年亞足聯亞洲杯原定於2023年6月16日至7月16日在中國舉行 。开放受疫情影響 ，模式中國組委會當前難以對明年的作出亞洲杯按完全開放模式辦賽作出承諾和安排 。經亞足聯 、承诺中國足協和2023年亞洲杯中國組委會共同商議後決定 ，亚洲亚洲本屆亞洲杯足球賽將易地舉辦 。杯中杯按办赛新的国组比賽地點將盡快確認 。在此 ，委会完全我們對亞足聯 、难对各承辦城市和社會各界對前期亞洲杯籌備工作的开放大力支持表示衷心的感謝 ！”亞洲杯中國組委會在公告中說 。
亞足聯表示 ，在前期籌備過程中，亞足聯與中國足協 、2023亞洲杯中國組委會密切合作，已完成一係列重要裏程碑事件 ，包括賽事標識的發布等 。
“感謝各方為了亞洲杯賽事的共同利益 ，做出了這個十分艱難但又必要的決定 ，這為亞足聯提供了所需的時間來評估當前的形勢及研究選擇2023年亞洲杯備選場地 。”亞足聯說 。
中國在2019年6月獲得2023年亞足聯亞洲杯舉辦權 ，本屆賽事原計劃在北京、天津 、上海、重慶、成都 、西安 、大連 、青島 、廈門和蘇州10座城市共同舉行 。（完）
