唐嘉壕在接受媒體采訪時透露,剛入演藝圈時常常被人取笑,甚至有老師在大庭廣眾之下取笑他的外形,讓他不要做白日夢了 。
他下定決心減肥,定製了非常嚴格的飲食計劃,增加運動量,對自己要求極度嚴苛,三年來幾乎頓頓吃白水煮雞胸肉和蔬菜 。自律得令人歎為觀止的从胖成男他成功瘦了下來,不少迷妹都感歎,這可是實力派男神 。棱角分明的逆袭他還酷似混血,但其實這位肌肉男神是出生於中國台灣,小時候隨父母移民到加拿大,可是實打實的中國血統呢。
