比如最近火熱的加拿大籍華裔男星唐嘉壕在社交媒體上發了幾張剛出道時的照片,妥妥證明了胖子都是潛力股!他從一個200斤的大胖子成功逆襲成高大帥氣,有著硬朗外表,八塊腹肌,體脂比7%的肌肉男神 。
唐嘉壕在接受媒體采訪時透露,剛入演藝圈時常常被人取笑,甚至有老師在大庭廣眾之下取笑他的外形,讓他不要做白日夢了 。
他下定決心減肥,定製了非常嚴格的飲食計劃,增加運動量,對自己要求極度嚴苛,三年來幾乎頓頓吃白水煮雞胸肉和蔬菜 。自律得令人歎為觀止的从胖成男他成功瘦了下來,不少迷妹都感歎,這可是實力派男神 。棱角分明的逆袭他還酷似混血,但其實這位肌肉男神是出生於中國台灣,小時候隨父母移民到加拿大,可是實打實的中國血統呢 。
