北京時間7月2日 ，赛季赛程歐足聯官方公布了2021/2022賽季的欧冠歐冠賽程安排 。值得一提的公布是 ，巴薩 、皇萨皇馬 、文仍位列尤文也位列其中 。其中此前 ，赛季赛程這三家俱樂部因為參與歐洲超級聯賽被歐足聯視為嚴厲打壓的欧冠對象 ，多家媒體曾報道 ，公布他們將被取消參加歐冠的皇萨資格 。
歐足聯官網報道稱 ，文仍位列新賽季（2021/22）歐冠小組賽抽簽儀式將於8月26日（北京時間8月27日零點）進行 ，其中而小組賽將於9月14日正式開打 ，赛季赛程16強淘汰賽於明年2月15日進行 ，欧冠最終的公布決賽將於明年5月28日在俄羅斯聖彼得堡體育場（澤尼特主場）進行 。

1/8決賽抽簽 ：2021年12月14日
1/8決賽 ：2月16日-3月17日
1/4決賽和半決賽抽簽 ：2022年3月18日

半決賽：4月28日-5月5日
決賽 ：5月29日

西甲 ：巴薩、皇馬 、塞維利亞 、馬競 、比利亞雷亞爾

意甲 ：尤文 、亞特蘭大 、AC米蘭、國米
法甲：裏爾 、巴黎
葡超 ：葡萄牙體育 、波爾圖
土超 ：貝西克塔斯
比甲 ：布魯日
烏超：基輔迪納摩
荷甲 ：阿賈克斯
俄超 ：聖彼得堡澤尼特
另外 ，剩餘的6支參賽隊伍將從歐冠資格賽中產生。
