皇家馬德裏是本世紀歐冠戰績最出色的歐洲俱樂部 ，後防中堅拉莫斯和瓦拉內的先吹西媒組合可以說是過去10年歐洲最優秀的中衛搭檔 。但是怒赞今夏皇馬的白色王朝奠基石恐怕土崩瓦解 ，《阿斯報》甚至已經開始吹捧阿拉巴是阿拉未來的後防新領袖 。
《阿斯報》直言皇馬今夏將迎來自佩佩2017年離隊之後 ，巴接後防線的替拉首次重大人員變化 。拉莫斯和瓦拉內在過去4年合計和拉莫斯搭檔出戰了117場比賽 ，成后法國中衛在2011年加盟皇馬之後合計出戰228場比賽，防中與自家隊長的没签莫搭檔場次超過一半 。而拉莫斯的先吹西媒地位不必多說，加盟皇馬以來十多年始終是怒赞後防核心級別球員 。
2014年到2018年 ，阿拉皇馬合計4次拿到歐冠冠軍，巴接在這4次歐冠決賽中 ，替拉拉莫斯和瓦拉內搭檔中衛組合有3次 ，成后佩佩隻是參加了2015-2016賽季的歐冠決賽 。而法國中衛在皇馬的地位不斷上升 ，與此同時是佩佩的地位開始不斷下降 ，皇馬武僧在2017年合同到期之後被弗洛倫蒂諾清洗掉 。
但如今拉莫斯依然拒絕和皇馬續約 ，瓦拉內即將進入關鍵的合同年 ，如果法國中衛不再和皇馬續約，那麽今夏皇馬將會把他賣掉 。換句話說皇馬今夏有可能直接失去兩個主力中衛 ，這在21世紀的足球曆史中也是非常罕見的。
而拜仁球員阿拉巴雖然還沒有和皇馬簽約，但是《阿斯報》已經將其欽點為皇馬後防未來的林秀。從年齡上看 ，阿拉巴在6月將年滿29歲 ，正處於黃金年齡 。而且阿拉巴跟隨拜仁征戰多年 ，經驗豐富 ，來到皇馬是即插即用 。
皇馬的4個中衛 ，暫時沒有離隊意向的是米利唐和納喬 。在4月的魔鬼賽程中 ，米利唐表現出色，如果拉莫斯和瓦拉內雙雙走人 ，從現有的陣容來看，皇馬下賽季的主力中衛組合將是米利唐和阿拉巴 ，此外皇馬還需要繼續引進中衛球員作為替補 。
