在經曆了春節假期之後，国安北京國安一線隊於昆明重新集合 ，新赛训谢正式開啟了新賽季的季首继续備戰工作 。今天 ，峰表发扬主教練謝峰帶領球隊開啟了新賽季的态最态度首堂訓練 ，他也對弟子們提出了自己的看重要求和期許 。
訓練前 ，保持謝峰指導把大家叫到了一起 ，传控他對球員們說 ：“你們當中的打法一些人以前和我合作過，有些球員是国安第一次合作，這些都沒關係 ，新赛训谢在我眼裏大家都是季首继续一樣的 ，都在同一起跑線上 。峰表发扬我這人平時比較隨和 ，态最态度也願意大家開玩笑 。看重但是到訓練和比賽中 ，每個人都必須拿出百分之百拚命的態度出來 。要讓我看到你有為這支球隊戰鬥的意誌品質 。態度，是我最看重的。”
隨後 ，謝峰指導說：“春節期間 ，我在家看了一場網球比賽，澳網男單的決賽 ，對我觸動很大 。我被納達爾的運動精神深深打動。納達爾是一名36歲的老將 ，麵對比自己小十幾歲的對手 ，在大比分0-2落後的不利條件下 ，每球必爭、永不言棄 ，硬是把比賽打回來了 。最後奪冠的時候 ，納達爾已經累到站都站不住了 。當時我就想 ，我們北京國安隊也必須擁有這樣的精神品質 ，也就是我們常說的‘死磕‘精神。我們可以被擊敗，但絕對不可以放棄 。”
“我希望你們每一個人 ，從冬訓開始就嚴格要求自己。冬訓是一個體能儲備期，很枯燥 、很磨人。我最看重的還是大家的訓練態度 。”
按照教練組的計劃 ，本次冬訓基本每天都是一天兩練 ，訓練量很大。上午是有氧跑 ，附帶一些核心力量訓練 ，由助理教練陶偉負責 。下午更多的是傳接球 、技術訓練和分組對抗練習 ，助理教練曹限東會在這些訓練中扮演更多講解的角色 ，並親自示範傳接球的技術細節 。除一線隊之外 ，U21隊也有部分球員參與了下午的訓練，他們會接受一線隊教練組的考察 ，符合標準的球員會被補充到一線隊名單中 。
第一天的訓練結束後 ，謝指導對球員們的整體表現感到滿意 。他說：“今天大家練得很好 ，特別是傳接球訓練 ，能看出大家的技術和狀態都不錯 。傳控打法一直以來是我們北京國安隊的特點之一 ，我們要繼續發揚和保持下去 。”
未來的3天 ，球隊都會保持像今天這樣的一天兩練的高強度節奏 ，為新賽季做好儲備
