隨著大戰日益臨近 ，武磊張琳芃 、有望疑池忠國 、今晚加入杰王剛、国足韋世豪 、合练李磊等多名此前出現傷病的朱辰战球員陸續回歸合練 。沙迦當地時間10月3日晚 ，否出共有29名球員隨隊現身室外訓練場 ，南成出現肌肉疲勞的武磊高準翼和接受腿部縫針治療的朱辰傑雙雙缺席 。而在當地時間今晚 ，有望疑歸隊的今晚加入杰武磊有望加入合練 。
朱辰傑的国足受傷可能打亂李鐵對於後防線的部署 。上一輪對陣日本時 ，合练這名隊內唯一的朱辰战“00後”臨危受命 ，用不怯場的否出穩定表現證明了自己具備在12強賽首發的實力 ，因此沿用朱辰傑與蔣光太的中衛組合出戰越南原本是在教練組的計劃中的。在此情況下，張琳芃恢複情況良好 ，傷愈複出的他順勢成為右後衛的第一選擇 。
但在9月30日國足1比1戰平敘利亞的熱身賽中 ，朱辰傑腿部意外受傷 。經過醫療組的初步診斷 ，他並未傷及韌帶或骨頭 ，但因傷口較深接受了縫針的處理 。從目前情況來看 ，朱辰傑能否出戰越南還要根據傷口的愈合情況 ，且有待教練組 、醫療組對其恢複情況的共同評估 。
另一名國足成員武磊即將火速歸隊 。北京時間今天淩晨結束的一場西甲聯賽中 ，西班牙人2比1力克皇馬 ，武磊在第65分鍾替補出場幫助球隊守住勝果 。按照計劃，武磊將在賽後即刻出發 ，預計在當地時間10月4日早間抵達阿聯酋沙迦和國足會合 ，如不出意外 ，他將出現在當晚的合練隊伍中 。
