被問到關於中超賽程調整的必炫問題 ，陳戌源明確表示 ：今年的概率中超聯賽不可能因此暫停 ，但有可能會采取跨年度的跨年辦法來完成 。
中超聯賽原定於6月21日開賽，度完但是陈戌超由於臨時移地阿聯酋 ，國家隊在完成比賽後定於今天(17日)中午抵達上海。源强耀中按照國家相關的赛出赛防疫政策，所有國家隊代表團以及中國足協代表團的线没成員必須要接受“14+7”的隔離以及醫學觀察 ，因而 ，必炫中超聯賽在7月上旬恐怕很難馬上重啟 ，概率畢竟在結束了隔離之後 ，跨年國腳們都需要一定的時間進行休整 ，然後重新歸隊展開一定的準備 。這之後 ，聯賽才可能重啟 。因此 ，具體的重啟時間目前尚未有明確的說法 。
對於國足40強賽的完美收官 ，陳戌源感慨 ：“這是一場值得高興的勝利 ，但我們不能炫耀 ，這隻是中國足球前進的一小步 。”陳主席還稱40強賽僅僅是預想的一個小目標而已 ，未來中國足球還會向著更大的目標去前進 。希望中國足球每年都有進步 、每年都有發展 。
此外 ，陳戌源還對各方對國家隊的支持表示了感謝 ，球隊在艱苦的環境中表現出了高昂的鬥誌和拚搏精神 。
