10月28日 ，河北河北俱樂部官方發布了《感謝》公告 ，队办大门並表示俱樂部因為資金困難無法按時繳納電費 ，公区各年齡段梯隊都將陸續放假 。被贴此後據記者李璿的封条消息 ，河北足球俱樂部在廊坊體育場的疑俱辦公區已經貼上了封條 。
然而正是乐部這支因為交不起電費而停工的河北隊 ，在幾年前曾是唏嘘行中超聯賽數一數二的土豪球隊 。他們曾從巴黎聖日耳曼簽下阿根廷前鋒拉維奇，河北所支付的队办大门年薪堪比梅西C羅，河北隊還曾以高達1.5億人民幣引進頂尖內援張呈棟等人 。公区當年的被贴風光無限 ，如今的封条處境 ，讓人不勝唏噓 。疑俱
值得一提的是，有網友發現 ，貼在大門上的封條並沒有任何單位加蓋相關單位的公章 ，因此極有可能是河北足球俱樂部自己貼封的 ，不知道是否意味著俱樂部短時間內無法解決辦公問題 。
按照計劃 ，中超聯賽第二階段擬於12月份開賽 ，若河北隊屆時不能複工 ，那麽中超爭冠組將麵臨少一支球隊的狀況 ，那麽整個賽程將徹底陷入混亂 ，對於整個聯賽將造成巨大負麵影響 。
