本報訊（記者 顧穎）昨天 ，专业重罚作恶中國足協對外發布了一紙“處罰令” ，人士中甲成都蓉城隊隊員李建濱 ，解读因為在本賽季中甲聯賽第5輪成都蓉城與南通支雲的李建劣比賽中 ，第84分鍾辱罵裁判 ，滨遭並將替補席分組背心拋向裁判員 ，双倍被處罰停賽10場、处罚罰款10萬元人民幣 ，因抛而這場成都蓉城2 ：1取勝的物动比賽 ，李建濱全場沒有出戰，专业重罚作恶屬於“作壁上觀滋事”。人士
今年3月 ，解读中國足協推出新修訂的李建劣《中國足球協會紀律準則》 ，其中球員對裁判 、滨遭比賽官員實施不當行為的双倍處罰 ，較之以往更為嚴苛 ，此次中國足協為李建濱開出的罰單 ，也是新賽季中國足球職業聯賽開出的最重罰單 。處罰決定一出 ，也有輿論認為 ，之前中超河南嵩山龍門隊鍾晉寶辱罵裁判 ，隻被停賽5場 、罰款5萬元人民幣 ，李建濱這次受到“雙倍處罰”似乎有點重 ，但是專業人士對此的解讀是，李建濱還有“拋物”的動作 ，性質上更為惡劣 。
