新華社柏林4月1日電 德國女足俱樂部中唯一一位女性教練 、德国瑞士女足國家隊前國腳郝普托近日在接受新華社采訪時表示 ，女足女教女足中國在過去這麽多年為世界女足的俱乐發展做出很大貢獻 。
目前在德國桑德女足俱樂部執教的练中郝普托說：“中國可以依賴深度的女足教練培訓體係發掘天才球員 ，我認為她們能夠在未來的国为贡献世界杯和奧運會這樣的大賽裏麵扮演重要角色 。”
郝普托表示 ，运动女足運動在亞洲的发展發展令人刮目相看，除了中國之外，德国日本和韓國在發展女足運動上也是女足女教女足非常出色 ，她認為中國女足應該建立一定數量的俱乐女足青訓中心來挑選 、培養人才 。练中
她說 ，国为贡献像2022年歐洲女足錦標賽和2023年澳大利亞/新西蘭女足世界杯這樣的运动大賽 ，也會對世界女足運動的发展發展起到極大推動作用 。
郝普托是德国目前瑞士僅有的兩位持有歐足聯職業級教練證書的女足教練，這也是歐足聯頒發的最高級別的教練證 。她認為世界應該將女足教練看成一個嚴肅的、可以謀生的職業 ，而目前的情況是許多女足隊員在退役後為了謀生隻能告別足球去從事其他行業 。
