繼10月26日宣布俱樂部人員停工休假後 ，京媒加中阶段中超河北足球俱樂部又於10月28日通過官方渠道宣布 ，河北因無法按時繳納電費 ，队能大概俱樂部4支梯隊也將從11月3日開始放假 。否继
河北俱樂部在其官方微博中這樣寫道 ：“由於眾所周知的续参困難 ，河北足球俱樂部訓練基地近期無法按時繳納電費 。超未迟為節省訓練基地運營支出成本 ，知第我俱樂部擬決定04 、率推05 、京媒加中阶段08 、河北09年齡段4支梯隊於11月3日開始放假 。队能大概其中 ，否继05梯隊暫定於11月底——12月初參加青超聯賽 。续参06梯隊由於比賽原因暫定於11月5日開始放假並於11月27日參加青超聯賽總決賽 。超未迟07梯隊暫定於11月3日前往揚州參加“大運河杯”比賽，知第比賽結束後開始放假。”
河北俱樂部同時表示 ，“在此 ，河北足球俱樂部由衷感謝固安縣馮斌縣長 、陳曉偉副縣長一直以來在各級梯隊球員入學 、學籍管理 ，以及基地硬件升級 、疫情防控等方麵給予我俱樂部的大力支持 ，由衷感謝牛駝供電所相關領導對我俱樂部的理解 ，在如此艱難之時給予我俱樂部的大力幫助 ，確保基地正常的電力保障。我們將籌措資金盡快繳納電費 ，並要求各梯隊教練員 、球員以良好的競技風貌回報各級領導和球迷朋友對我們的關心 。”
由於中國隊大概率將赴境外參加11月的兩場12強賽比賽，因此中超聯賽第2階段很可能延至12月中旬才能開賽。不過屆時河北隊能否如約參賽 ，目前來看還是未知數 。
