北京時間4月4日淩晨 ，将巴在西甲第30輪的第带到第一場焦點戰中 ，巴薩坐鎮諾坎普球場1-0擊敗塞維利亞 ，同期在與馬競 、逊皇塞維利亞同積57分的吹爆情況下 ，憑借勝負關係的将巴優勢攀升至積分榜第2位 。

而自哈維接手之後 ，巴薩在聯賽中總計隻輸過貝蒂斯這麽一場比賽，17輪比賽12勝4平1負 ，拿到了40個積分。據統計 ，在哈維上任後的同期裏 ，巴薩的40個積分隻少於皇馬的42分 ，在西甲當中排名第2。而排在第3的馬競，其34分的得分 ，相比巴薩還有不小的差距。
