日前 ，皇萨会屈歐足聯在官網發布公告稱 ，文声對於拒不退出歐超計劃的明坚皇馬 、巴薩以及尤文三隊的持欧超联从于處罰程序開啟 ，將會在未來公布對三隊的欧足處罰決定 。有媒體認為 ，联压三隊會被取消下賽季的皇萨会屈歐冠資格 ，並被處以巨額罰款 。文声

聲明如下：
巴塞羅那足球俱樂部 、皇萨会屈尤文圖斯足球俱樂部 、文声皇家馬德裏足球俱樂部對歐足聯一直堅持對三家足球曆史上偉大俱樂部的明坚製裁表示強烈抵製 。在法院已經明確裁定不能對歐超創始球隊做出處罰後 ，歐足聯一直以來的態度令人震驚 ，公然違背法院判決 。
因此 ，歐足聯方麵開啟紀律處罰程序的決定讓人完全無法理解 ，這不僅直接破壞了歐盟公民民主的法治 。也是對法院本身權威的不尊重 。
