北京時間11月30日淩晨3:30，2021年度金球獎頒獎典禮將在法國巴黎的获和夏特萊劇院舉行 。屆時 ，得金本年度金球獎的球奖最終得主就將揭曉 。

本周五 ，得金在距離金球獎頒獎隻有4天的情況下 ，來自《天空體育》的記者Matteo Moretto曝光了自己得到的最新消息。Matteo Moretto在社交媒體上回複網友帖子時表示 ：“（金球獎屬於）梅西 ，他和他的朋友們已經知道了結果 。”
本次金球獎頒獎典禮中，除了金球獎之外 ，還會頒發另外三個獎項 ，分別是：女足金球獎 、科帕獎 、雅辛獎。
