北京時間11月30日淩晨3:30 ，2021年度金球獎頒獎典禮將在法國巴黎的获和夏特萊劇院舉行 。屆時 ，得金本年度金球獎的球奖最終得主就將揭曉 。
事實上，朋友自金球獎候選名單出爐後 ，知结網上就相繼流出了多種金球獎的梅西投票結果 ，梅西和萊萬多夫斯基這兩位大熱球員均曾拿到過最高得分 。获和而金球獎的得金頒獎方《法國足球》則在隨後辟謠 ，聲稱這些網傳的球奖結果都是假的 。
而在賠率方麵 ，朋友雖然梅西在獲得美洲杯後一度領跑 ，知结但萊萬多夫斯基在近日也曾反超過阿根廷球王 ，梅西這也更讓金球獎的获和最終歸屬撲朔迷離。
本周五 ，得金在距離金球獎頒獎隻有4天的情況下 ，來自《天空體育》的記者Matteo Moretto曝光了自己得到的最新消息 。Matteo Moretto在社交媒體上回複網友帖子時表示 ：“（金球獎屬於）梅西 ，他和他的朋友們已經知道了結果。”
本次金球獎頒獎典禮中 ，除了金球獎之外 ，還會頒發另外三個獎項，分別是 ：女足金球獎 、科帕獎 、雅辛獎。
