黃董表示10月13日到明年1月3日對球隊來說至關重要 ，黄盛华足這是协杯對富力本賽季的最終定位蓋棺定論的兩個多月 。他談到了足協杯和聯賽。全力取更關於足協杯——“足協杯我們不可能去做一些很隨意的争冠中超踢法 ，我們不能一兩場比賽就繳槍或者投降 。也争今年是高名比去年更好的時機去擁有一項榮譽 ，無論是黄盛华足投資人 ，俱樂部管理層還是协杯教練組 ，我們都希望在足協杯上走得更遠 ，全力取更”他動員全體將士在足協杯上全力以赴 ，為最終的冠軍而戰 。
在聯賽方麵 ，黃董指出富力已經有兩年沒有和國安 、上港（海港）這樣的強隊交鋒 ，這是一次考驗 。他希望大家做好每一天的訓練和準備 ，保持好自己的身體狀態 。晉級爭冠組隻是完成階段性目標 ，他希望大家不甘於排名第八（爭取更高名次） ，要全力以赴 ，在爭冠組的八場比賽裏踢出自己的東西 。
