實事求是地說 ，李霄鵬創造奇跡的李霄可能性並不大 。如何把這個微小的鹏创可能性變得更大一些 ？接下來選好教練組 ，是造奇關鍵 。
上一屆的不大比赛世預賽 ，時任主帥高洪波在率隊踢了4場僅拿1分後辭職 。关键此番李鐵的容易帶隊成績並不算太差 ，1勝2平3負的犯错戰績也算對得起國足的紙麵實力 。他的短板下課，更多是沪媒因為他在場外的言行 。
接下來怎麽辦 ？李霄在球迷看來 ，好歹也不能比李鐵差吧 ？鹏创但問題是 ，李霄鵬所麵臨的造奇難題更多 。目前歸化球員阿蘭和艾克森已返回巴西 ，不大比赛以後會不會再回中國也難說。关键蔣光太 、洛國富也大概率會因被欠薪而缺席 。幾乎可以確定，等到2022年交鋒日本、越南時，國足歸化球員的整體戰鬥力會大打折扣 。
近年來 ，李霄鵬在泰山隊 、武漢隊獲得了連續的中超執教經曆。2018賽季和2019賽季執教泰山隊 ，李霄鵬帶隊在聯賽的表現較為穩定 ，還連續兩年打進了足協杯決賽 。遺憾的是 ，那兩次都在決賽中失利 。高情商、善於團結球隊 、帶隊成績平穩 ，這些都是李霄鵬的優勢 。不過在關鍵比賽中容易犯錯 ，則是他的短板 。
在整個執教生涯中 ，李霄鵬取得的成績 ，都是在高水平外籍助手的幫助下完成的 。而現在，李霄鵬的身邊還缺少這樣的團隊 。他沒有把武漢隊的教練組原封不動搬上去 ，也是有想法的 。
必須承認 ，訓練方法 、戰術理念 ，還是歐洲的教練更領先。所以，還是希望李霄鵬能找到幾位適合的洋教頭 ，輔佐他完成使命 。
