昔日的歐洲第一聯賽 、有“小世界杯”之稱的仅队季注意甲 ，如今確實是满足江河日下 。即便近幾個賽季一直在改變電視轉播收益以及改善俱樂部內部經營管理理念和體係 ，下赛但似乎還是册资“積重難返” ，依然無法扭轉意甲不斷下滑的格原頹勢 。近日 ，本更來自意大利《共和國報》的两队驚人消息 ，盡管意甲放寬了注冊準入條件，意甲但目前依然隻有14家俱樂部達到下賽季的仅队季注意甲注冊標準 。這意味著 ，满足如果不能及時完成資本重組以符合注冊標準 ，下赛那麽下賽季意甲現有20支球隊的册资規模將不得不進行針對性改變 。
據悉 ，格原意大利足協主席格拉維納在上周召集專題會議 ，本更重點討論了意甲俱樂部下賽季的注冊問題。原本躊躇滿誌的格拉維納 ，希望在個人第二個任期內能夠製定更為嚴厲的條款 ，以便在未來四、五年時間裏讓意大利足球在經濟上保持可持續發展 ，而不會再有任何瘋狂的開支和赤字 ，但這個計劃顯然沒有受到意甲俱樂部的歡迎 。由於格拉維納主席一開始製定的限製太過嚴格 ，以至於全意甲竟然隻有兩支球隊（亞特蘭大 、佛羅倫薩）能夠達標 ，而其他意甲俱樂部都需要進行比較大的改變 ，包括必須對俱樂部現有資本進行重組……
無奈之下，格拉維納召開緊急內部會議 ，經過探討並吸納了多家意甲俱樂部的建議之後 ，意大利足協最大程度放寬了注冊條件。不過來自《共和國報》的可靠消息 ，即便製定了新的注冊條件 ，意甲20家俱樂部中也僅有14家達標 ，能夠完成下賽季意甲聯賽的注冊 。而這也意味著 ，其餘6家意甲俱樂部被要求進行資本重組。而且內部人士透露，有1家俱樂部的問題最為嚴重 ，要想完成注冊將非常棘手 。
