談到武漢三鎮這個對手 ，主帅针对斯坦利說：“我已經看了武漢三鎮很多的得会对榜队有动力比賽 ，包括我們首回合與他們的交手。這其中 ，我們既要看到危險 ，也要看到自己可以創造出的可能性 。其實首回合和武漢三鎮的比賽 ，我們前30分鍾踢得並不差 ，隻不過是因為兩個定位球讓對手很快取得了領先 。所以 ，我覺得這次我們和武漢三鎮交手 ，我們依舊能創造出很多機會，重要的是我們需要將機會轉換為進球 。”
關於防守問題，尤其是針對武漢三鎮箭頭人物馬爾康的防守 ，斯坦利說 ：“我不見得會對馬爾康針對特別的戰術安排 。足球場上不能隻針對一個點來解決問題 ，比如我們都知道馬爾康頭球好 ，那我們就不讓對方輕易的起傳中球 。對於明天比賽的防守 ，我們會針對不同的情況給出不同的解決方案。我相信球員們通過最近的比賽已經逐漸了解了我的戰術 ，也在其中收獲了信心，相信他們能做得很好”
張呈棟在發布會上表示 ：“上一場比賽的3分給球隊帶來了信心 ，這幾天球員們都在積極恢複 ，認真準備和武漢三鎮的比賽 。持續的勝利讓球隊目前很積極 ，我們很期待明天的比賽 ，希望能贏下明天的對手 ，打出一場精彩的比賽 。”
談到目前聯賽的爭冠走勢，以及北京國安可能扮演判官這一角色 ，張呈棟說 ：“我覺得目前我們隊內都是很積極的 。無論是武漢三鎮還是山東泰山隊 ，都是很棒的對手 ，和他們交手能檢驗出我們自己的訓練水平 。作為球員 ，麵對任何對手都必須全力以赴 ，無論麵對積分榜上任何球隊都必須要努力擊敗對手 ，這也是對聯賽的一種尊重。”
