北京時間3月19日 ，大連人俱樂部官宣了新賽季主帥 ，沪连出乎所有意料的两城是，年輕的有特缘分上海教練謝暉壓倒了不少本土名帥 ，成為了大連人隊的季目主教練 。按照計劃，标率近日謝暉就將飛赴大連 ，队冲出席正式的谢晖新赛新聞發布會，接手球隊，沪连而在接受采訪時 ，两城謝暉表示，有特缘分大連和上海足球之間有著一種特殊的季目聯係，同時他很明確的标率一點是 ，大連隊新賽季的队冲目標就是衝超 。
雖然已經被俱樂部正式官宣，谢晖新赛但謝暉表現得非常低調 ，在接受采訪時，他一直強調 ，現在還不是說話的時候 ：“作為一名年輕的本土教練，能夠得到大連人這樣一個非常有底蘊有傳承的足球俱樂部青睞，這既是俱樂部領導對我的信任 ，也是我個人的榮幸。”
作為一名上海球員前往大連執教 ，兩個城市不同的城市文化 ，是無法避免的話題 。對此謝暉表示 ：“大連和上海兩座城市雖然一北一南 ，但在足球方麵一直很有緣分 ，有著一種特殊的聯係 。上海教練員執教大連隊，我不是第一個 ，將來也不會歲最後一個 。在我之前 ，徐根寶指導 、張宏根指導都曾經在大連執教 ，都曾經取得了非常輝煌的成績 。我非常榮幸能夠成為第三個 。”
“其實我個人就是想當教練”，謝暉說 ：“我一直這麽想 ，沒有想過別的 ，我非常清楚是什麽樣的人 ，要做什麽樣的事情 。這條路上沒有成功的人比成功的人多 ，但我一直不會放棄努力。”
對於新賽季的執教目標 ，謝暉的回答非常簡單 ：“目標就是重返頂級聯賽 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
