在比分落後的申花实力上崔守阵情況下，崔康熙幾乎派上了陣中的已海所有進攻隊員 ，申花也確實對海港的康熙球門形成圍攻，但是仍保容还憑借顏駿淩的出色表現 ，申花始終未能洞穿海港的需进球門 ，在本賽季第二回合的步打德比大戰中0:1落敗。
德比大戰前，申花实力上崔守阵申花對外援進行了調整 ，已海引進敦比亞 ，康熙撤下金信煜 。仍保容还在球隊的需进內部會議上，俱樂部總經理周軍對這次人員的步打調整進行了說明 ，“我希望這樣的申花实力上崔守阵調整給你們一個信號 。從現在開始我們每個人都要努力地做好自己 ，已海每個人要為這個集體去做多一點的康熙貢獻 。如果你沒有達到這個集體的要求的話 ，你可能就要被淘汰 。這是我們所能做的 ，接下去就看你們的了 。”周軍同時強調 ，“球隊今年的目標不會變 ，今年的要求不會變。”
首發陣容，崔康熙派出了莫雷諾和約尼奇兩名外援，阿德裏安、巴索戈以及新援敦比亞全部坐在板凳上 。之前重傷的彭欣力 ，經過兩三個月的康複後 ，終於傷愈複出 。
縱觀全場比賽 ，隨著胡爾克的離開，阿瑙、穆伊都無法出戰 ，申花目前的整體實力其實已經在海港之上 ，崔康熙的這套首發陣容 ，似乎略顯保守 。下半時，崔康熙先是換上巴索戈 、敦比亞和於漢超，加強攻勢 。在遲遲未能進球的情況下 ，他撤下兩名首發後腰吳曦和彭欣力 ，換上阿德裏安和楊旭 ，進行殊死一搏 。雖然這種破釜沉舟式的換人 ，讓申花對海港形成了全麵壓製之勢，可顏駿淩讓申花的進攻都是得勢不得分 。當然 ，除了顏駿淩發揮出色之外 ，申花進攻本身也存在一定問題 。雖然球隊鋒線上有高點 ，但是過多的45度角傳中 ，其實並不能對對方的防線造成太大的威脅 。在進攻的套路上 ，還需要崔康熙通過日常的訓練進行更好的打磨 。
反觀海港 ，利用一次反擊取得了進球 。當時申花在海港半場進攻 ，可是莫雷諾處理球不幹淨，被奧斯卡斷球反擊 ，並最終由李聖龍小角度打門得手。
應該說 ，目前的申花具備了一定的實力，可怎麽將此轉化成戰鬥力 ，轉化成勝利 ，還需要崔康熙動一番腦筋 。
