對於武磊的奉獻精神和職業態度 ，西班牙人總經理杜蘭也給予好評 ：“他是一名非常職業的球員 。他非常努力 ，在球隊中也一直非常重要。他或許沒有得到中國球迷期待的上場時間 ，但這就是足球 ，我們終歸都要以一種職業的態度去麵對它 。”此外 ，杜蘭還透露 ，去年確實有包括在英國的中資俱樂部想簽下武磊 ，“我們不想失去有價值的任何一個人，而武磊便是其中之一 。他的價值不僅在市場 ，在競技的層麵他同樣能幫助到球隊 。事實上 ，比起本賽季的西乙 ，他更像為西甲而生。”
