沙迦當地時間7日晚 ，排月中國隊舉行了抵達之後的进行首堂訓練課 。訓練內容以身體調整放鬆為主，国足武磊和劉殿座缺席全隊訓練 ，比赛不变當地時間8日淩晨1點，时间武磊乘坐的仍安日航班已經抵達沙迦 ，2點武磊抵達國足下榻酒店與全隊會合 。排月經過休息調整之後 ，进行他應該會趕上國足8日的国足訓練課 。
