7月8日20時 ，长春長春亞泰將結束三天假期在上海集結 ，亚泰正在上海進行訓練的日上國腳譚龍屆時將與大部隊會合。據了解 ，海集合球全隊將根據本賽季中超聯賽的结国脚谭新變化進行第一階段剩餘比賽的備戰 。
受國足備戰12強賽影響，队备本賽季中超聯賽由30輪壓縮為22輪 。战联第一階段後9輪聯賽將在7月18日至8月12日進行 。长春考慮到平均2.8天一場比賽的亚泰強度 ，教練組已做好了應對措施 ，日上在此前的海集合球間歇期裏 ，體能訓練一直是结国脚谭球隊的訓練重點 。
此外 ，队备球隊在密集的战联賽程下可能會出現疲勞 、傷病 、长春停賽等減員情況 ，這球隊的板凳厚度提出很高的要求 。間歇期的三場熱身賽 ，主教練陳洋均排出兩套陣容出戰，檢驗訓練成果 。
為了做好球隊的後勤保障工作 ，裝滿球隊物資的裝備車已提前抵達上海 。按照計劃 ，球隊將在上海進行一場熱身賽 ，之後進駐蘇州賽區 。
