42支隊伍根據上一屆賽事排名分為11個小組（西亞區6個小組 ，日进日本東亞區5個小組） ，行中共同爭奪15個正賽席位 。国队
中國隊與日本隊 、马西馬來西亞隊和緬甸隊同在東亞區第二檔 。甸第档
