楊笑天球風穩健 ，技術全麵 ，能勝任左後衛和後腰等多個位置。2021賽季，在球隊中場人手緊缺的時候 ，司職左後衛的楊笑天出色地完成了後腰位置的任務 。他的到來為主教練提供了更加豐富的戰術選擇 ，也給球隊注入了信心及冠軍氣質 。
