自從卡西與薩拉結束12年戀情之後，前情就有很多人來蹭這對昔日金童玉女的西多熱度 。一位名叫露絲-桑斯的疑自怨女友女性 ，如今在一檔電視節目上宣稱 ，私吝啬对自己在2002-2008年間曾是着抱卡西的秘密情人 。當時卡西的前情正牌女友 ，是西多西班牙著名女星伊娃-岡薩雷斯。
露絲-桑斯這樣談到自己與卡西的疑自怨女友“戀情”：“我們的親密關係 ，始於2002年 。私吝啬对我們保持了很多年友好關係 ，着抱直到2008年。前情他很多疑，西多有時候行為舉止很奇怪 。疑自怨女友”
既然露絲-桑斯宣稱自己是私吝啬对卡西的昔日情人 ，那為何兩人之間的着抱戀情從未被媒體曝光過？露絲-桑斯認為這是因為卡西掩飾的好 ：“每次來我家的時候 ，他都要躲著我公寓的看門人 ，他非常在意這一點 。我們一直都是有著特殊交情的朋友 ，他的隊友 、他的終身好友都清楚這一點。在公開場合 ，我們隻是禮節性交往。既然是朋友 ，那朋友們肯定也會為他打掩護嘛 。”
露絲-桑斯認為卡西性格存在很大問題 ：“和我在一起的時候 ，他從來都不尊重女友 。他撒謊成性 ，他非常自私 。而且他還很摳門，他從來都沒有送給我任何禮物 。他當時隨時都有可能打電話給我 ，抱怨他和伊娃又吵架了 。有時候哪怕伊娃稍微長胖了點 ，他都會很生氣 。我當時愛著他 ，我在心目中把他偶像化了。”
