本場比賽的战术裁判是來自土耳其的光頭裁判恰切爾 ，梁祥宇調侃地說道：“有句老話說 ，聰明的腦袋不長毛 ，他可是凶狠的裁判沒有頭發 。”開場第8分鍾 ，奧地利球員鮑姆加特納轉身過人 ，梁祥宇說道：“這位球員來了一次加大號的超級克魯伊夫轉身過掉了烏克蘭球員 ，對方隻有犯規才能阻止這次漂亮的過人 。”
中場休息時 ，梁祥宇對上半場比賽進行了點評 ：“奧地利上半場一直在圍攻烏克蘭，如果在上半場的比賽中奧地利把握機會能力更強一點的話 ，領先的優勢絕對不隻有一球。奧地利進攻端真的很不錯 。”隨後解說嘉賓孟洪濤說道 ：“奧地利本場比賽回歸了他們此前的打法 ，這場球踢得非常舒服 ，過去兩場比賽奧地利為何踢得這麽別扭呢 ？這是因為奧地利在前兩場比賽丟掉了自己最擅長的打法 。奧地利根據對手的情況調整了自己的戰術，而本場對戰烏克蘭奧地利回到了壓迫打法 ，烏克蘭的控球處於絕對劣勢 ，沒有打出自己想要的地麵進攻 ，奧地利處於絕對的控製地位 。”
比賽第61分鍾 ，烏克蘭開出左路任意球至禁區內 ，前點萊納頭球解圍 ，不慎將球頂向自家球門方向 ，門將巴赫曼反應迅速將球撲出底線 。梁祥宇說道：“這球誰頂的？自己人頂的 ！門將要防火防盜防隊友 ，我們開個玩笑呀，連對手都幫助烏克蘭 。”
比賽結束後 ，孟洪濤說道 ：“過去的兩場比賽，烏克蘭踢得有些猛 ，本場比賽體能方麵有些問題 。我認為烏克蘭本場比賽遇到的問題不是換兩個球員就可以完成的 ，烏克蘭球員的技術能力完全落後對手，沒有壓製對手的能力 。奧地利突然恢複到常規打法後 ，打了烏克蘭一個措手不及，這導致烏克蘭技術短板完全展現了出來 。”
