隨著昨天中國足協正式公布了2021賽季職業聯賽的沧州长準入名單，忐忑等待中的董事队上賽季中超降級隊滄州雄獅 、去年輸掉升級附加賽的益于优秀中甲球隊浙江隊，也終於等來了最後的限薪小球“宣判” 。
江蘇隊最終無力回天 ，政策讓第一順位的使中滄州雄獅總算是拿到了參加本賽季中超的遞補名額 。
上賽季中超的接触降級球隊 ，石家莊永昌已經改名為滄州雄獅 。沧州长其實在去年第一階段的董事队比賽大部分時間裏 ，作為升班馬的益于优秀滄州雄獅表現非常不錯，隻是限薪小球因為遭遇嚴重的傷病問題 ，缺乏陣容厚度的政策他們此後成績一路下滑，跌入第二階段降級組 ，使中並最終在排位賽中墊底 。接触
1月底天津津門虎和重慶當代延遲遞交準入證明之後，沧州长從2月份開始 ，原本做好準備重新從中甲打起的滄州雄獅已經以踢中超的標準來重新構建球隊。特別是重點招募天津津門虎的球員 。在江蘇隊被傳出可能無緣新賽季中超前，除了上海海港的替補中場林創益之外 ，在滄州雄獅試訓的三名中超球員郭皓 、劉洋和鄭凱木均是前天津津門虎的主力。
隨著天津津門虎在延期最後截止日未能提交符合規定的準入材料 ，滄州雄獅更是簽下了中超轉會市場上最搶手的天津外援艾哈邁多夫 ，補強了球隊最薄弱的中場位置。
“俱樂部也是第一時間調整了引援的策略 ，將引援的目標重點放在天津泰達和江蘇蘇寧這兩支出問題的球隊身上 。”就像滄州雄獅俱樂部董事長李強說的，在江蘇俱樂部停止運營之後 ，他們又強勢預定了去年中超冠軍隊的三位主力謝鵬飛 、海米提和羅競 。
再加上大連人的本土前鋒趙學斌 ，滄州雄獅用足了全部8個內援名額 ，早早就完成了對陣容的升級。這樣一套陣容不但具備了征戰中超的實力 ，而且板凳深度也大大超過上賽季，這讓球隊今年的保級底氣足了很多 。
值得一提的是 ，俱樂部董事長李強還特別感謝了中國足協更為嚴格的限薪政策 ，“得益於今年足協的限薪政策 ，使得我們這樣的中小俱樂部能夠有機會接觸到一些優秀的球員。”
