中國足協設定的中超转3月26日國內轉會窗口關閉日期日漸臨近 ，但目前國內中超轉會市場依然冷清 ，市场大量原俱樂部麵臨解散的因点业球員目前還無法找到下家。
根據最新規定 ，冷清临失每家中超俱樂部全年累計可新轉入無年齡限製內援球員不超過8名 ，天津比以往增加了3個。江苏此外 ，部分以下幾種情況球員不占轉會名額：1 、或面U-21球員；2 、中超转留洋回歸老東家的市场球員；3 、轉入俱樂部擁有首簽權的因点业球員 。
這個規則無疑為閑置在市場上的冷清临失中超自由身球員增加了寶貴的時間。但從目前市場的天津反饋來看 ，中超各家俱樂部並沒有引發“搶購潮” 。江苏原因有三點 ：
首先 ，部分“量入為出”或“隻出不入”成為各家中超俱樂部普遍的選擇 。即使市場上有一些優質的自由身中超球員 ，但因為還要考慮薪水和簽字費等因素 ，因此大部分隻需要應付中超單線作戰的俱樂部，在陣容基本組建完成的情況下 ，並不會貿然引進更多內援。
其次 ，雖然中超三家有亞冠任務的俱樂部可能想擴大一線隊注冊的名單 ，從而應付雙線作戰的需求 ，但他們更傾向於使用U-21的年輕球員 。而這些低齡球員在各自的青訓體係裏麵就可以消化 ，無需額外引進 。
再者 ，如果有中超俱樂部想從天津泰達和江蘇蘇寧兩家俱樂部引進原來還有合同在身的球員，那麽就要支付轉會費。所以，這些俱樂部想等到中國足協確定公布三級聯賽的準入名單，上述兩家俱樂部球員成為自由身後才動手 。
基於上述幾個原因 ，諸如原來泰達的阿奇姆彭 、蘇寧的吳曦這些優質球員雖然並不缺買家 ，但因為尚未正式成為自由身 ，因此暫時還很難確定下家 。
上賽季 ，引進解散球隊的球員不僅不占用轉會名額 ，還沒有數量限製 。這一規則今年依然會沿用。也就是說 ，在天津和蘇寧確定失去今年中超參賽資格後 ，其他中超俱樂部原則上可以引進8名無年齡限製的國內球員+天津隊球員+蘇寧隊球員 。不過 ，中國足協對於某家中超俱樂部的一線隊報名總人數依然限製在35人，而且全隊的工資帽和總投資帽也不會改變。
從目前的大環境來分析，天津和蘇寧的球員即使在成為自由身之後 ，真正能被新買家吸納的也不會太多 。
