北京時間10月8日淩晨，越南有潜世預賽12強賽中越之戰正式打響 ，队主憑借武磊終場前的帅后絕殺 ，中國隊3-2戰勝越南，悔过艱難地拿到首場勝利 。早调整防賽後越南隊的线中韓國教練樸恒緒在新聞發布會上表示 ，對於過早替換後衛球員感到後悔，国队同時他認為中國隊是非常一支非常有潛力的球隊 。
樸恒緒說：“在比賽的越南有潜傷停補時階段輸球 ，這種感覺並不好受 ，队主我對於過早對後防線進行了人員替換還是帅后感到後悔 ，但我不會怪我的悔过隊員，他們都非常努力 ，早调整防踢出了精彩的线中比賽 。最重要的国队是在0-2落後的情況下 ，我們始終沒有放棄，並一度將比分扳平 ，我為隊員的表現感到驕傲 。”
