北京時間7月25日 ，曝土據土耳其媒體“fotomac”報道 ，超豪雖然目前尚未得到江蘇前外援亞曆克斯-特謝拉的门国回應 ，但是安外土超豪門貝西克塔斯的引援腳步絲毫沒有停歇 ，他們已經接洽了國安的援谈29歲外援費爾南多（Fernando Lucas Martins） 。
在貝西克塔斯加強陣容的签约過程中 ，一個出人意料的南多年名字出現了——北京國安外援費爾南多 。一方麵 ，曝土貝西克塔斯仍然在猛追特謝拉 ，超豪同時他們還聯係了費爾南多 ，门国而且雙方已經談妥 ，安外費爾南多已經確定離開北京國安 。援谈貝西克塔斯給他開出了一份為期三年 、签约賽季獎金160萬歐元（約合1221萬元人民幣）的南多年合同，但是曝土這筆交易還在等待主教練Sergen Yalçın的同意 ，隻要主教練同意 ，費爾南多就會立即被邀請飛赴伊斯坦布爾簽字。
和特謝拉一樣 ，費爾南多也是Mircea Lucescu的昔日愛徒 ，他在2013-2015賽季效力於頓涅茨克礦工 。本賽季由於疫情原因，費爾南多無法前往中國。截至目前 ，他共代表國安隊出場26次 ，打進4球助攻1次 。
