在昨晚央視《白·問》欄目直播中，白岩鬆對話中國足協主席陳戌源 。博士在接近1個小時的质疑訪談過程中 ，陳戌源就外界關心的陈戌俱樂部中性名 、球員限薪 、克奥職業聯盟等問題進行了詳細解答 ，法学並引發熱議 。博士今日 ，质疑中國人民大學博士儲殷在個人社媒上發聲 ，陈戌對陳戌源的克奥話提出了三點質疑，並直言上海上港在陳戌源當足協主席後在誤判中基本是法学占便宜的 。
儲殷談到，博士“第一點 ，质疑中超俱樂部高薪搞外援 ，陈戌花這麽多錢 ，克奥掙不了多少錢，你合適嗎 ？不健康，說的沒有問題，但是胡爾克 、奧斯卡這樣的高薪外援是誰簽的 ？是上海上港簽的 ，而且就在陳戌源當上海老總的時候簽的 。有意思嗎 ？”
“第二點 ，他說中性化名是大勢所趨 ，沒問題 ，中國球迷都要接受 ，也沒有問題 ，上海上港改名為上海海港 ，不玩這一套 ，他說跟他沒關係 ，專家委員會通過的 ，但你試試看 ，如果陳戌源不是足協主席 ，專家委員會會通過嗎 ？足協主席原先俱樂部帶頭打擦邊球 ，你跟他們沒關係能幹上主席嗎 ？這話說了誰信啊 ？”
儲殷繼續說道 ，“第三點 ，陳戌源說中國足球害他挨了這麽多罵 ，當老總的時候沒挨過這麽多罵 ，那當然了 ，你當老總時候一心一意為企業謀福利，那企業上上下下當然不能罵你了 ，但是你當上足協主席後 ，還是你這家企業得好處 ，你挨罵不是很正常的事情嗎 。雖然沒有證據 ，但是你看陳戌源當上足協主席後 ，上海上港在誤判中是吃虧還是占便宜 ，就基本明白了。中國有句話，叫聽其言 、觀其行 ，有的老總在桌上喝幾千塊錢茅台，上了台就講要厲行節約 ，禁止鋪張浪費 ，這樣的話能服眾嗎 ？”
