皇馬雖以3比1獲勝，但比賽過程並不那麽輕鬆 。安切洛蒂賽後表示：“我們開局很好 ，很快取得進球 ，可是後來狀態下滑 ，甚至有可能輸掉比賽 。羅德裏戈和卡馬文加替補出場後 ，為球隊帶來明顯變化 ，提供了急需的活力和能量 。”
皇馬三名首發中場之中 ，莫德裏奇和克羅斯先後被換下 ，隻有瓊阿梅尼打滿全場 。門神庫爾圖瓦賽後稱讚了卡塞米羅接班人瓊阿梅尼的表現 ：“了解他的人都知道 ，除了身體素質出色 ，他的技術也很棒 。一開始他不容易適應皇馬的節奏是正常的 ，但是他感覺很好，在攻防兩端都有貢獻 。他能夠帶來助攻 ，他可以繼續進步 ，在隊內變得更加重要 。”
