北京時間4月24日 ，亞冠東亞區第四輪小組賽 ，队主丢球山東泰山2-3負於獅城水手 ，帅队雖然未能拿到積分 ，员理但球隊打進兩球 ，解勇经验這也是含义本屆亞冠中國兩支青年軍首次取得進球 ，賽後山東隊主教練於遠偉對於年輕隊員的补时不足表現也給予了肯定 ，他表示，反映球員逐漸理解了勇敢和勇氣的泰山含義 。
於遠偉說 ：“今天我們麵對一個更有耐心 ，队主丢球更強大的帅队對手 ，但是员理我還是要對我們隊伍收獲的兩個進球和全場90分鍾的拚搏感到高興和自豪。”
談到最後時刻的解勇经验丟球 ，於遠偉表示 ：“最後階段丟球確實很可惜 ，含义也反映出我們比賽經驗不足。补时不足休息室更多是給了他們鼓勵 ，告訴他們要珍惜這樣的比賽機會 ，我也相信他們會表現得更好 。我們下半場的表現 ，更主要的原因還是因為隊員自己做得好 。”
談到盧永濤和劉國寶的兩粒進球 ，於遠偉對於弟子的表現感到非常開心：“開始階段隊員們沒有經曆過這種級別的比賽 ，有些緊張也不夠自信 。隨著比賽一場一場的積累 ，他們也逐漸展現出了自己的實力和水平 ，發揮得越來越好 。我相信如果能參加更多這種高水平的比賽 ，這些年輕人的進步是值得期待的 。”
“這次比賽 ，我一直在跟隊員強調兩個詞 ，勇敢和勇氣 ，他們現在也應該逐漸體會到了這兩個詞的含義 ，我希望他們在隨後的比賽中失誤能更少一點 ，技戰術發揮得能更好一些 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
