2021賽季中甲將於4月24日開幕 ，辽宁轉會窗口將在4月12日關閉 。沈阳據悉 ，城市遼寧沈陽城市隊的确定前广前锋內援引進已經告一段落 。
主教練於明向記者證實 ，引进新賽季共有10名內援確定加盟 ，内援他們分別是州队正式原廣州恒大隊的王靖斌 ，原北京人和隊的加盟靳輝，原陝西俑士超越隊的辽宁劉嘉偉 ，原江蘇鹽城鼎立隊的沈阳段宇 、馬俊 ，城市原內蒙古草上飛隊的确定前广前锋張午 ，曾效力於葡萄牙聯賽的引进李重挺 ，以及3名U23球員巫林峰 、内援李點通和王聰明 。州队正式
值得一提的是 ，前國腳王靖斌上賽季就曾以租借形式為遼寧沈陽城市隊征戰中甲聯賽 ，其個人能力得到教練組認可 。在王靖斌與廣州隊合同期滿後 ，以自由轉會的形式正式返回家鄉加盟遼寧沈陽城市隊。足壇名宿謝育新之子謝維軍本來接近加盟遼寧沈陽城市隊 ，但因為天津津門虎隊在準入名單公布之前“起死回生” ，謝維軍已經返回天津報到 。
